What you'll do:
- Develop and lead the organisation's learning and development strategy.
- Oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of professional development and training programmes.
- Identify organisational learning needs and implement effective development initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to align learning strategies with business objectives.
- Manage leadership development, onboarding, and workforce capability programmes.
- Oversee learning technologies, digital learning platforms, and training resources.
- Monitor programme effectiveness using performance data and learner feedback.
- Manage learning budgets, external training providers, and strategic partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and relevant education and training standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop learning and development teams while promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience in learning and development, education, training, organisational development, human resources, or a related field is beneficial.
- Previous senior leadership or management experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience developing learning strategies or managing training programmes is beneficial.
- Ability to lead multiple strategic initiatives and organisational projects.
- Passion for continuous learning, leadership development, and organisational growth.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.

Pay: £6,800.00-£8,900.00 per month
