Trainee Lettings Negotiator / Lettings Negotiator - Salisbury
We are looking for a Negotiator to join our busy and successful team in Salisbury. Our business has seen considerable growth over recent years and this position is available as we further expand our services.
Working within our busy team the role would suit a candidate with a minimum of 6 months customer or sales experience. The role will include the following duties:
- Dealing with new lettings enquires.
- Conducting viewings on our portfolio of properties.
- Pre qualification and viewings on our rental properties.
- Negotiating new lets.
- Occasionally dealing with maintenance enquires.
- Submitting and managing the referencing process.
- Progressing lets.

This job will be Monday to Friday 9.15am - 5.30pm with a Saturday required 9.15am - 2pm on a rotational basis (time off in lieu given). Full UK Driving Licence essential.
