What you’ll be doing:
Supporting the Commercial team in the management of contracts and commercial processes across multiple projects.
Assisting with cost control, forecasting, and reporting to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
Preparing and administering contractual documentation, including variations, applications, and claims.
Coordinating with project teams to track progress, identify risks, and support mitigation strategies.
Maintaining accurate commercial records and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
Supporting subcontract management, including procurement, administration, and performance monitoring.
Building strong working relationships across multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
Here's what you'll need
A bachelor's degree in engineering, quantity surveying, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience in a commercial, project coordination, or quantity surveying role within engineering, infrastructure, or construction environments.
Good commercial awareness with an understanding of project financials.
