The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and energetic Part-Time Sales Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine enthusiasm and strong product knowledge.
- Engage confidently with customers, build rapport and identify their needs.
- Support the team in achieving and exceeding sales and KPI targets.
- Handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Assist with stock replenishment and maintain high store presentation standards.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure the store operates smoothly.
About You
Our ideal candidate is:
- Confident, enthusiastic and approachable, with a natural ability to start conversations with customers.
- Passionate about footwear, apparel and lifestyle products.
- Motivated by achieving goals and delivering strong results.
- Customer-focused and able to work well as part of a team.
- Previous retail, sales or customer service experience is desirable. Experience in clothing, footwear or outdoor apparel would be an advantage.
Weekend Availability – Essential
Weekend availability is a must for this role. As a retail business, weekends are some of our busiest trading periods, so candidates must be able to work weekends as part of their regular availability.
