I'm working with a well-established and growing business in Kelso that is looking to add a Customer Success Manager to its team. This is a relationship-focused role where you'll be the main point of contact for customers, helping to ensure they receive a responsive, professional and consistent service. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business, coordinating customer requirements, resolving issues and building strong working relationships. This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering a great customer experience and is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
The Role
- Manage day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of customers.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and requests.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are delivered efficiently.
- Handle customer queries and issues through to resolution.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and build strong long-term relationships.
- Keep CRM records up to date and ensure customer information is accurately maintained.
- Support the preparation of quotations, proposals and customer updates.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and the overall customer experience.
- Attend customer meetings and industry events when required.
About You
You'll be a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and providing a high level of service.Ideally, you'll have experience in:
- Customer Success
- Account Management
- Client Services
- Customer Service Management
- Customer Relationship Management
You'll also be:
- Organised and able to manage competing priorities.
- Comfortable dealing with customers at all levels.
- Proactive and solutions-focused.
- A strong team player.
- Competent using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Experience within a manufacturing, engineering, technical or industrial environment would be beneficial, but my client is open to candidates from a range of B2B backgrounds.
