We have an exciting opportunity to join our Omoda and Jaecoo brand within our Bassetts Dealership.
Due to extremely strong growth we are looking to recruit a determined and enthusiastic person within a sales environment. With some very exciting new products that have just arrived and with lots more in the pipeline we are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate the benefits of these fantastic new models whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience. Experience within a sales background is required but doesn’t have to be within the motor trade.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Utilise Dealer Management System to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong communication skills in English;
- Experience in telemarketing or direct sales is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
