Duties
- Travel to various commercial sites within and nearby areas to perform cleaning tasks efficiently.
- Conduct thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, kitchens, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Perform specialized janitorial duties such as window washing, floor polishing, trash removal, and surface disinfecting to meet client standards.
- Maintain cleanliness logs and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors.
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Restock supplies as needed, including paper products, cleaning solutions, and other consumables.
- Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to different site requirements and schedules to ensure timely completion of all cleaning tasks.
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidates.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning results.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing your schedule effectively.
- Good physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning duties throughout the workday.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and the use of cleaning equipment is advantageous.
- You must be flexible as your hours will be split between early morning, afternoons and evenings
