Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning and tidying of serviced accommodation units, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas
- Ensure all linens, towels, and amenities are replenished and properly maintained
- Follow established cleaning protocols to uphold hygiene standards and safety regulations
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to the management team
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules and completed tasks
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering as needed
- Support guest requests with professionalism and a positive attitude to enhance their stay
Qualifications
- Previous hotel experience or hospitality background preferred
- Strong janitorial experience with knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
