Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Operative/Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to produce rotationally moulded fuel and water storage and treatment tanks and other products from our diverse range. Ensuring the smooth flow of production. Your proactive approach will contribute to delivering high-quality products efficiently and safely. Responsibilities
- Operate various manufacturing machinery
- Hand trimming and assembly
- Operation of overhead cranes
- Testing and inspection of finished products
- Reporting of defects/ issues
- Recording of production and inspection data
- Correct use of safety equipment and PPE
- Comply with all company health & Safety procedures
- Keeping a clean and tidy work environment
- Essential Criteria
- Availability to work shifts - days, evenings, nights
- Willingness to work overtime as and when required
- Excellent timekeeping
- Ability to work on own initiative and also as part of a team of a team
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Desirable Criteria
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Previous experience working in production assembly
