The role:
As a Brow & Beauty Specialist, your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality brow threading and tinting. If you also have experience in waxing, lash lifts, or brow lamination, semi permanent lashes, that’s a plus.

We are looking for an individual who can:
· Professional threading experience (please do not apply if you do not have a background in threading)
· A passion for providing brow and lash treatments to the highest standard
· A team player with a positive attitude
· A motivated individual who strives to meet targets
· Experience in product selling
· NVQ qualification is a must
· Be available on weekends and willing to work 7 to 8 hours shift pattern (anything from 9am to 10pm)
· Provide exceptional customer service
· Show an engaging, warm and approachable personality
· Impeccable personal presentation and grooming
· Present strong, confident communication
· Desire to achieve and exceed targets and expectations
· Ability to multi task and remain calm even under pressure, including handling of complaints
