The position available is for a Telephone Operator in a Taxi Booking Office .
The applicant must be flexible with hours but mainly be available between the hours of
18:00 pm-06:00 am .
Shifts include weekdays and weekends and they are rotated accordingly.
It is essential that the applicant has good computer typing skills and be able to work at a fast pace in busy environment. Customer service skills are also required for this position as the role involves communicating with people not just on the phone but may also require face to face conversations. It is essential be able to work as a team but also able to use your own initiative. An advantage would be to be familiar with local surrounding areas , but full training will be given.
