Hiro Miyoshi Hair and Beauty – Mayfair
Hiro Miyoshi Hair and Beauty is looking for a highly experienced Salon Assistant to join our Mayfair team on a full-time, fixed-term contract for 2 months.
This is a temporary position, ideal for an experienced salon professional who can hit the ground running and provide exceptional support from day one. We are looking for someone with previous experience in a busy, high-end salon environment who takes pride in delivering outstanding client service and maintaining the highest professional standards.
Working alongside our talented team, you will play an essential role in ensuring every client enjoys an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive until they leave the salon.
Working Hours
Salon Shifts:
- 9:00am – 6:00pm
- 10:00am – 7:00pm
- 11:00am – 8:00pm
Salon Days:
Monday to Saturday on a rotating rota, 5 day working week.
Please note that our rota changes weekly and can occasionally change at short notice, so flexibility is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain exceptional organisation and cleanliness throughout the salon.
- Prepare clients for their appointments.
- Shampoo clients and provide an outstanding backwash experience.
- Serve refreshments and ensure clients feel welcomed and cared for.
- Recommend and promote suitable retail products and treatments.
- Support the stylists and wider salon team to ensure the smooth running of the salon.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Salon Assistant in a professional salon environment.
- Confident washing hair and doing treatments.
- Ability to work confidently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- Professional, reliable and well-presented.
- Able to remain calm and efficient in a busy, fast-paced salon.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules.
- A genuine passion for the hair and beauty industry.
Contract: Full-time, Fixed-Term (2 Months)
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Salon Assistant seeking a short-term position within a luxury Mayfair salon.
Pay: £3,000.00 per month
