We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with a passion for keeping projects, campaigns and events running smoothly.
Working closely with the wider Marketing team, you'll support the day-to-day operational delivery of marketing activities across the business. From managing budgets and coordinating events to maintaining marketing calendars and reporting on campaign performance, you'll play a key role in ensuring our marketing function operates effectively and efficiently.

This role is based at our Leeds HQ, with flexibility for home working up to 2 days per week. Occasional UK travel will be required to attend meetings, conferences and events.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage marketing budget administration by raising purchase orders, liaising with Finance and tracking spend against budget
- Maintain the rolling 18-month marketing calendar covering campaigns, product launches, events and key marketing activities
- Manage printed marketing literature and promotional items, including ordering, stock control and distribution
- Coordinate internal meetings and events, including bookings, logistics, supplier management and invoicing
- Support social media activity through content scheduling, community management and sharing content from internal and external events
- Coordinate exhibitions, webinars and promotional events, ensuring all logistics are delivered effectively
- Manage the Key Opinion Leader (KOL) database, maintaining speaker information, agreements and contracts
- Support product launches and marketing campaigns by assisting with project coordination, content creation and campaign delivery
- Compile marketing performance reports and dashboards using data and analytics from across the marketing function
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an administrative, coordination or office-based support role
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership of tasks and solve problems independently
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across teams
- An interest in marketing, events and campaign delivery
- A degree in Marketing, Business or a related field would be advantageous but is not essential
- Previous experience supporting marketing activities would be beneficial but is not essential
