About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and friendly team member to join our café. This is a hands-on role that involves working across all areas of the business, from serving customers and making coffee to food preparation, cleaning and stock management.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works well as part of a team and is happy to help wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
- Taking customer orders and operating the till
- Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks
- Assisting with food preparation and kitchen duties
- Clearing and cleaning tables
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the café, kitchen and customer toilets
- Restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations
What We Are Looking For
- Previous hospitality, café or customer service experience preferred
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual and well organised
- Ability to work efficiently during busy periods
- Comfortable working across all areas of the café
- Attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
- Team player with a friendly and professional manner
