We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Advisor to become our newest Footwear Stylist. In this role, you will become a trusted footwear expert for our loyal and growing community of customers, both in-store and online. What You Will Do
As a key part of our team, you will help deliver an outstanding overall experience for our wonderful customers. Your day-to-day duties will keep things varied and exciting, typically including:
- Customer Service & Sales: Providing a warm welcome and expert advice.
- Expert Fitting: Training to become a specialist children's shoe fitter.
- Website Sales & Admin: Helping to process and manage our growing online orders.
- Merchandising & Displays: Keeping our shop floor looking fantastic and inspiring.
- Stock Handling: Ensuring our inventory is organised and ready for customers.
Training & Support
You will never be left to figure things out on your own. A successful applicant will benefit from specialist training, including hands-on, in-person coaching and regular appraisals. You will also have access to our comprehensive digital training platform to build your confidence and expertise.
