As our Marketing Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of our marketing strategy by:
Managing the marketing inbox, responding to enquiries and directing requests to the appropriate team members.
Creating, scheduling and publishing engaging content across our social media platforms.
Building and nurturing our online communities by responding to comments and messages professionally and promptly.
Writing engaging blogs that support SEO and drive website traffic.
Creating and distributing email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.
Producing monthly social media performance reports, identifying trends and opportunities to improve future campaigns.
Developing compelling content for a variety of marketing channels while maintaining our brand tone of voice.
Supporting internal communications, including newsletters, staff announcements and organisational updates.
Researching and preparing entries for industry awards that showcase our achievements.
Assisting with the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns and projects.
Coordinating internal office events, celebrations and employee engagement activities.
Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Marketing team, including organising assets, scheduling meetings and maintaining marketing records.

A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, with the ability to travel to our services and events across the organisation as required.
Experience creating content for social media or websites.
Knowledge of SEO best practices.
Experience using Mailchimp or another email marketing platform.
Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Previous marketing, communications or administrative experience.
A relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related subject.
