Position - Projects Coordinator
Location - Hemel Hempstead
Employment - Full Time
Due to our continued growth, we are looking to recruit an additional Projects Coordinator to join our Projects Department based at our Hemel Hempstead office.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a busy and supportive team, working closely with the Southern Projects Director, Regional Project Leads, Project Managers and other Project Co-ordinators. You will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects from the initial order through to the final project completion.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Previous experience in an administrative or project coordination role.
- Experience of SIMPRO job management software
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Strong organisational and document management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work.
- A full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities:
As a Projects Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming clients, visitors and colleagues to the office.
- Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately.
- Developing and providing a variety of reports from SIMPRO for key stakeholders
- Assisting Project Managers in the implementation of SIMPRO
- Processing customer purchase orders.
- Raising customer invoices.
- Creating supplier purchase orders.
- Processing supplier invoices.
- Processing project variations
- Assisting the Commercial Department on the project “Cost to Complete” forecast
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering stationery as required.
- Assisting Project Managers with timesheet administration and overtime records.
- Supporting the planning and coordination of engineers' diaries.
- Assisting with engineers' training schedules and records.
- Supporting Project Managers and Regional Managers with end-of-project documentation, quality checks and project archiving.
