Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare every game room to an exceptional standard, ensuring every guest walks into a flawless experience.
- Welcome every team with energy, confidence and professionalism, creating an experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.
- Take ownership of game quality by ensuring every experience runs smoothly, every room is presentation-ready, and all safety standards are consistently met.
- Support the growth of the Escape London brand by creating engaging social media content that showcases our immersive experiences and inspires more people to visit.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is essential.
- A genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage guests from all backgrounds.
- A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to take ownership and work independently.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Great attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
- A willingness to learn practical skills, including basic maintenance and DIY tasks.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as part of a rota.
- A reliable, dependable team player who contributes positively to the team culture.
