We need pictures prior to commencing work in all areas as we need to provide before and after photos to invoice works completed. A full list will be provided upon agreement of works.
HOW WE WORK
Materials will be delivered to operatives on site, anything required to complete job will be provided by us. Materials will be returned if left over if agreements between both parties breaks down. Multiple site visits for materials should be kept to a minimum & you may be asked to meet for materials if you have already had materials dropped off and then requested an additional drop.
We have management on site to assist operatives with queries and provide support where required, who can meet on site to explain works.
Payment is weekly, in hand. Invoice due by 5pm Wednesday to be paid the following friday by 5pm. I can send over an example of the best way to lay it out for clarity if this helps.
