**Role:**
As an Esports Tutor/Coach, you will:
- Develop and deliver engaging esports curriculum tailored to students aged 11-17.
- Provide expert coaching in various esports titles, helping students enhance their skills and strategies.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment, encouraging teamwork and sportsmanship.
- Organise and oversee esports tournaments and events.
- Mentor students in both their gaming and academic pursuits, helping them balance their studies with their passion for esports.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the esports industry to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and exciting.
**Requirements:**
- Strong knowledge and experience in esports, including popular titles such as League of Legends, Fortnite, Rocket League and Minecraft.
- Proven experience in coaching or teaching, particularly in a gaming or educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire young learners.
- Commitment to promoting health, wellbeing, and balanced gaming habits.
- A degree and teaching qualification in a related field is preferred but not essential.
