Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.
- Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and efficiently while providing recommendations when needed.
- Handle food preparation tasks, including baking pastries or preparing light snacks as required.
- Operate coffee machines and equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain inventory levels of supplies and communicate any shortages to management.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Skills
- Previous barista experience is essential; training will be provided to use our equipment.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers accurately.
- Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
