Role Overview:
In this warehouse manager role, you’ll play a key part in our daily operations, leading our core service, fulfilment. The role is dynamic and multifaceted – on any given day you might be managing incoming deliveries and time-sensitive album releases, overseeing the printing, picking and packing of orders, or taking on an improvement procedure or project, to further streamline the operation.

Candidate Requirements:
· Experience & knowledge: 1-2 years of management experience.
1-2 years of warehouse experience.
· Skills: Exceptional organisational, multitasking and prioritisation skills.
A high level of accuracy in everything you do.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Basic numeracy & fiscal aptitude: As a small company, you need to be eager to troubleshoot minor tech issues or research for solutions or improvements.
· Team player: A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

(Note: Legal eligibility to work in the UK and fluency in English are required.)
Salary & Benefits:
· Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum, depending on skill set and experience.
· Employment type: Permanent, in-warehouse, full-time (Monday to Friday, 8-5).
