R_354682 - (Senior) Managing Consultant – Climate and Strategic Risk
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Strategic Risk Consulting team at Marsh UK. This role will be based in London (Tower Place). This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working three days a week in the office.
As our team takes on more and more complex engagements with clients across the public and private sectors, we are seeking someone to work at (Senior) Managing Consultant level among a team of consultants with backgrounds in Enterprise Risk and Resilience. (Exposure to the Climate risk, insurance or NGO agenda would be an additional positive, but by no means required.)
The role holder will be expected to drive client outcomes through the timely and effective execution of projects, supported where required by junior staff and under direction of our Consulting Directors. Interest/experience in supporting our sales activity would be an additional positive.
We will count on you to:
- Oversee delivery of scaled projects, leveraging junior team effectively
- Identify and exploit synergies in our offerings as a result of your holistic understanding of the risk agenda
- Help us to develop the next generation of consultants as we grow our team
What you need to have:
- Previous experience driving consulting projects effectively for complex clients
- A desire to coach and develop the next generation of consultants
- Comfort and familiarity operating in C-suite environments or equivalent
- A collegiate and results-focused approach: we succeed or fail as a team
