Creigiau Travel are seeking energetic and dependable PSV Drivers to join our team on both part-time and full-time basis. In this role you will be responsible for safely operating passenger vehicles to transport passengers efficiently and comfortably. Your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and mechanical knowledge will ensure a positive experience for all riders. Whether you’re delivering a service or providing reliable transportation, your dedication will keep our operations running smoothly and our passengers happy.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate PSV vehicles adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Conduct daily walk-around inspections to ensure vehicle safety.
- Provide excellent customer service to all passengers and staff members e.g. school
- Maintain clear communication with yard supervisors and lead team members to coordinate routes and schedules effectively.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks or report issues promptly to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
- Follow all safety protocols during driving.
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and maintenance activities for compliance purposes.
Experience
- Proven experience as a bus/coach driver with a passenger transport background.
- Valid PSV driver’s license with a clean driving record. (inc DCPC & DQC Card.)
- Knowledge related to vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills in English for effective interaction with passengers and team members.
- Prior experience as a school's driver is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of local routes, traffic regulations, and safety standards for passenger transport.

Pay: £13.15-£14.75 per hour
