About the Role:

We are looking for an Account Manager who can take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the main point of contact throughout the customer relationship. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure services are delivered on time, client expectations are managed effectively and opportunities for account growth are identified.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is commercially aware, organised and comfortable building long-term professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
Manage a portfolio of client accounts and maintain regular communication to understand their priorities, requirements and concerns.
Client Relationship Development:
Build professional and trusted relationships with key client contacts while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Service Coordination:
Work with internal departments to ensure agreed services, projects and deliverables are completed accurately and within the expected timeframe.
Account Growth:
Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts by recommending relevant services and solutions based on genuine client needs.
Client Meetings:
Prepare for and lead account reviews, progress meetings and service discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.
Performance Monitoring:
Track account activity, client satisfaction, service performance and commercial results using internal reporting systems.
Issue Resolution:
Respond to client concerns professionally, coordinate appropriate solutions and follow up until issues have been fully resolved.
Contract and Renewal Support:
Support proposals, service agreements, account renewals and pricing discussions in cooperation with senior management.
Record Management:
Maintain accurate client records, meeting notes, sales activity and account updates within the company customer relationship management system.
Internal Collaboration:
Share client feedback with relevant departments and help improve processes, service quality and customer experience.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in account management, client services, customer success, business development or a similar client-facing role.
Relationship Management:
Strong ability to develop professional relationships, understand client expectations and communicate confidently with different stakeholders.
Commercial Awareness:
An understanding of account growth, client retention, service profitability and business development opportunities.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
Organisation:
Strong time management skills and the ability to manage several client accounts, deadlines and priorities at the same time.
Problem Solving:
A practical and calm approach to resolving client concerns and coordinating solutions with internal teams.
Technology:
Confidence using Microsoft Office, customer relationship management platforms and digital communication tools.
Education:
A degree or professional qualification in business, marketing, management or a related subject is desirable but not essential when supported by relevant experience.
Mindset:
You are client-focused, dependable and commercially aware. You take responsibility for your accounts, communicate proactively and understand that successful account management requires both strong relationships and consistent results.
Pay: £2,352.00-£2,916.00 per month
