- Demonstrate 1+ years of kitchen experience (fresh food kitchen preferred)
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to create, drive and improve food standards
- Positive attitude towards every service
- High standards of food hygiene
- Ability to adapt to the constant challenges of hospitality
