This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are motivated, reliable, and eager to learn. Full training is provided — you’ll gain experience across both lamination and conversion processes, working alongside skilled operators and developing the technical knowledge needed to progress.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lamination – Training Responsibilities
- Support Laminators with adhesives, solvents, sleeves, and materials
- Assist with lamination and coating tasks, including sampling
- Help carry out quality checks to ensure products meet specification
- Follow technical instructions accurately
- Report machine or quality concerns promptly
- Learn to use the PRISM system for production entries
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
Conversion – Training Responsibilities
- Train to operate slitting and conversion machinery under supervision
- Follow work instructions to meet production, quality, and efficiency targets
- Carry out start‑up and routine safety checks
- Support waste reduction and correct waste segregation
- Complete production documentation and PRISM entries accurately
- Assist with minor machine stoppages with guidance
- Communicate clearly during shift handovers
General Duties
- Work as part of a team and support colleagues
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, hygiene, and safety
- Follow all company procedures and quality standards
- Report hazards, issues, or deviations appropriately
- Be flexible and willing to take on additional tasks when needed

Shift Pattern
12‑hour shifts on a rotating 4‑week cycle:
- Week 1: 5 day shifts
- Week 2: 2 day shifts
- Week 3: 5 night shifts
- Week 4: 2 night shifts
Day, night, and overnight availability is required.
