Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Manager to oversee multiple stores within an assigned region. The successful candidate will lead and support Area Managers and Franchisees to achieve operational excellence, sales growth, profitability, compliance, and outstanding customer satisfaction.
This role requires strong leadership, multi-site management experience, and a hands-on approach to supporting operational performance across the region.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & People Management
- Directly manage and coach Area Managers across the region.
- Develop high-performing teams through training, mentoring, and succession planning.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and development meetings.
- Support recruitment and retention initiatives across all stores.
- Promote a positive and performance-driven culture.
Operations Management
- Ensure all stores consistently meet Caprinos operational standards.
- Conduct regular store visits and operational audits.
- Monitor food quality, customer service, cleanliness, health & safety, and brand compliance.
- Implement operational improvements and best practices.
- Support new store openings and franchise onboarding.
Financial Performance
- Drive sales growth and profitability across the region.
- Monitor KPIs including sales, labour costs, food costs, delivery times, customer satisfaction, and store profitability.
- Analyse performance data and implement action plans to improve results.
- Ensure budgets and financial targets are achieved.
Customer Experience
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
- Review customer feedback and complaints, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
- Work with store teams to improve customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
Compliance & Standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health & safety requirements, and company policies.
- Monitor audit results and ensure corrective actions are completed promptly.
- Maintain brand consistency across all locations.
RequirementsEssential
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing multiple retail, hospitality, QSR, or food service locations.
- Proven experience leading Area Managers or multi-site management teams.
- Strong commercial and financial awareness.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse KPIs and implement performance improvement plans.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
Desirable
- Experience within pizza delivery, quick-service restaurants, or franchised operations.
- Experience supporting franchise partners.
- Food Safety and Health & Safety qualifications.
