Housing Support Administrator
About Us
Audit and Inspection Limited specialises in reviewing support documentation and carrying out property inspections across the social housing sector. Our work focuses on assessing records and identifying areas for improvement, helping to ensure services are clearly evidenced and delivered to a high standard.
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Housing Support Administrator to join our Quality Assurance Team. This is a varied role that combines communication, coordination, and quality-focused review work to support our partners in delivering effective services to residents.
A key focus of this role is reviewing support documentation and providing detailed written feedback. You will spend a significant proportion of your time assessing records such as support session notes and initial needs assessments, ensuring they clearly reflect the support being delivered and identifying where improvements can be made. You will provide detailed, constructive feedback to our partners, helping them strengthen their recording practices and better evidence positive outcomes for residents.
The documentation you review relates to residents who may be experiencing challenges such as mental health needs, substance misuse, or difficulties managing finances. However, this role does not involve direct contact with residents. Instead, you will work with support workers, managing agents, and internal teams to improve the quality and clarity of recorded support.
Alongside this, you will manage partner queries, liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, and support with resolving issues such as suspended housing benefit claims.
This role would suit someone who is analytical, organised, and confident in producing clear, structured written work.
