We're now looking for a Supervisor/ Team Leader to join our team, someone who's ready to take the next step and play a key role at the heart of our service.
About the Role
As a Home Care Supervisor, you'll be the vital link between the office and home care team, helping to ensure every client receives the highest quality of care.
You'll:
- Responsible for your own area , scheduling your team to ensure your clients needs are met

Provide hands-on care and on-call support to colleagues in the field

Carry out spot checks, care plan reviews, mentoring, and training support

Assist with office administration and daily communication

Promote teamwork, quality, and continuity across all aspects of care
This is a varied, rewarding role, ideal for someone who has a SVQ3 (or willing to work towards it) in Social Care, 2 or more years experience within home care and ready to take that next step into leadership while staying connected to hands-on care.
