What you will do:

Ensure every guest receives service that is to a high standard and is consistent

To supervise the day to day operations on the reception and to ensure that policies and procedures are followed.

Reception Team Leaders are to attend, and give, hand over at the end and start of your shift.

Be completely knowledgeable of room types, sales types, guest types, VIP codes and room rates. Maintain an excellent knowledge of room lay outs and features.

Represent the COMO brand and reflect the COMO Metropolitan London mission statement

Reception Team Leaders should set an example for employees to emulate and act as a role model.
Who you are:

A individual who has a background in Front Office hospitality would be beneficial

Knowledge of Opera is highly desirable.

A positive character with a proactive approach and a self-driven attitude

Someone who has Excellent attention to detail

You have a responsible attitude with a calm and professional approach.
