What You’ll Do
- Prepare excellent speciality coffee and drinks, help on food when needed
- Welcome every customer with warmth and confidence.
- Build relationships with regular customers.
- Recommend food and drinks naturally (great at upselling but never pushy).
- Keep the café looking beautiful throughout the day.
- Work as part of a supportive team.
- Help us create an atmosphere people want to return to.
- Perfect knowledge of latte art and use of expresso machine and grinder
- knowledge of espresso recipes and how to calibrate both grinder and espresso coffee machine. Dialing in
- knowledge of filter coffee
- knowledge of beans: able to comunicate to the customer what beans we are using and what could be the best for every customer. Upselling beans bag
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café area, including equipment and utensils.
- Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions regarding menu items.
- Prepare food following the cafe standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations during food preparation and service.

Hours
Part-time Weekend availability.
Additional weekday hours may be available and also possibility of incorporation full time.
