SATURDAY BRUNCH SERVER
Kuckoo is an independent, family-owned premium cocktail bar playing the very best in indie rock and roll. With venues in Chester, Knutsford, Preston, Sheffield and Warrington, we are proud to be the current UK Late Night Operator of the Year.
Our Saturday brunches are loud, busy and full of energy. We’re looking for someone who can deliver brilliant service while keeping pace in a fast-moving environment.
THE ROLE
As a Brunch Server, you’ll help deliver the full Kuckoo brunch experience. It’s a varied, hands-on role, with responsibilities based on the needs of each service and the strengths of the team.
You may be:
- Hosting tables and guiding guests through our brunch and cocktail menus
- Delivering drinks with pace, accuracy and personality
- Running Neapolitan pizzas and food from the kitchen
- Clearing and resetting tables quickly
- Polishing glassware and restocking ice, fruit and other essentials
- Supporting the bar and kitchen teams wherever needed
- Keeping the venue clean, organised and ready for service
No two brunches are exactly the same, so teamwork and communication are essential.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Confidence working in a busy, high-volume environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and regular Saturday availability
- A willingness to learn different roles and get stuck in
Previous bar, restaurant, food service or hospitality experience is preferred, but it isn’t essential for the right person.
