As Chef de Partie, you will run your own section within the kitchen, ensuring consistently high standards of preparation and service while supporting the senior team during busy services.
This role would suit an experienced Chef de Partie seeking a fresh challenge within a high-volume quality-driven environment.
Duties:
- Run your own section during service
- Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
- Work with fresh, quality ingredients
- Support junior chefs within the brigade
- Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards
- Ensure organisation and consistency throughout service
- Work closely with the senior kitchen team to maintain smooth operations
