The Role
As a Shift Manager, you will be the driving force on the shop floor, keeping energy high and standards higher. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will help run a tight ship and step up to lead whenever they are away.
Your day-to-day will include:
Leading the Team: Training, motivating, and managing team members to create a fun yet professional working environment.
Driving Performance: Aiding the Store Manager in meeting and exceeding performance targets.
Customer Excellence: Ensuring every customer receives top-tier service and a consistently high-quality product.
Operations & Safety: Upholding strict health, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
