Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team in Diss. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for caring for others and possess experience in assisted living, patient care, or related fields. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to individuals requiring support with daily tasks, ensuring their comfort and safety while upholding our company's values of compassion and excellence.
- Competitive pay from £12.90 per hour.
- Full Induction and On-going training. Including Online modules and face to face sessions.

Duties
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions in accordance with care plans.
- Support clients with meal preparation, ensuring nutritional needs are met while respecting dietary restrictions.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and family members.
Skills
- Proven experience in assisted living, nursing home, or home care environments.
- Ability to administer medication safely and perform first aid when required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
- Valid driving license required for supporting clients in community-based settings.
- Compassionate caregiving approach combined with patience and understanding of behavioural management techniques.
