Business Associate Professional
We are looking for a motivated and organised Business Associate Professional to join our growing organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative, compliance and business-support skills who wants to contribute to the continued development of an organisation delivering services for children and young people.
The Role
Working alongside the management team, you will support the effective operation and development of the organisation across business administration, compliance, operational coordination, reporting, quality assurance and business development.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the implementation of organisational policies and compliance requirements.
- Monitoring business activities and assisting with risk assessments and compliance reporting.
- Keeping up to date with relevant regulatory changes and supporting management to understand their impact.
- Supporting compliance with health and safety and housing requirements.
- Maintaining accurate records, reports and management information.
- Working with different teams to identify gaps and improve operational processes.
- Providing administrative support across compliance and operational functions.
- Supporting quality assurance and continuous service improvement.
- Liaising professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting marketing and business-development activities, including social media campaigns aligned with organisational objectives.
