The Flexi Group are now recruiting Class 2 / HGV 2 HIAB Drivers based in Bicester, for an immediate start!
We are looking for experienced Class 2 HIAB Drivers , to join our home delivery Flexi team!
We can offer a friendly and flexible working environment, consistent shifts, and great pay & benefits! You will be responsible for the accurate and timely movement of multidrop and direct delivery of our customer’s products.
Starting at 07:00, Monday to Friday, with additional Saturdays during the 10-week peak period which will be completed VIA a rota. You will be based at the home store but collecting & delivering out of surrounding area's and stores.
Successful candidates will be required to pass a DBS search
What you’ll do on a typical day:
- You will typically complete an average of 5-10 deliveries per day
- Minimum / No Handball
- Delivering bulk items to customers’ homes using a Class 2 HIAB vehicle from Wickes stores
- Adhering to safe working practices to always ensure the safety of yourself and others
- A flexible approach to working start times as dictated by the needs of the business
- Providing excellent face to face customer service to customer
What you need to succeed :
- A full UK driving licence with category Class 2 / HGV 2 entitlement
- Be in possession of a valid Digital Tachograph Card and Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC)
- Previous experience in a customer facing role would be an advantage
- Have a positive, flexible attitude toward work and be a reliable timekeeper with the ability to work independently
- HIAB licence
Shifts :
- Monday to Friday: 0700 until finish
- Ongoing / Guaranteed Work
- Full Time
PAYE Rates/Benefits:
- DAYS : £18.21ph (£20.41ph including holiday pay)
