Position: Games Centre Assistant
Location: High Street, Cheltenham
Hours: Part-Time and Full-Time Positions Available
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (Standard) | £13.77 per hour (Night Rate)
Are you friendly, proactive, and customer-focused? We’re looking for a Games Centre Assistant to join our vibrant team at our busy Adult Gaming Centre in the heart of Cheltenham.
In this front-of-house role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — offering a warm welcome, preparing refreshments, answering questions, and helping ensure every visit is smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. With a strong attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure, you’ll play a key part in maintaining the premium experience we’re proud to deliver.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly and professional attitude
- Maintaining a clean, well-presented venue at all times
- Handling cash and replenishing gaming machine floats
- Performing basic troubleshooting and upkeep of machines
- Supporting daily operations and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout every shift
What We’re Looking For:
- Great people skills and a customer-first approach
- The ability to use initiative and stay alert in a busy environment
- Comfortable with cash handling and simple technical tasks
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
- Over 18 years of age (due to gambling regulations)
