Job Description:
We currently a job opportunities available and are seeking:-
Cleaning Operative - Redditch Town Centre - Saturday & Sunday early morning - 2 hours each morning.
Immediate Start Available for the right candidates.
We are looking for people who are dedicated to delivering excellent service and maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients. As a key members of our team, you will be responsible for the cleaning on-site at our client’s premises.
While experience is not required, we are looking for individuals who will take pride in their work.
Full training will be provided to ensure you can perform your role to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Cleaning and sanitizing commercial spaces including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
· Dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and ensuring high levels of cleanliness and hygiene
· Handling cleaning equipment and cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly
· Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns to R&D Cleaning Services Ltd
· Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times
· Ensuring all tasks are completed to the client’s satisfaction, meeting company quality standards
Desired Skills & Qualities:

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Good communication skills and a positive attitude
· No prior experience necessary – full training will be provided!
