Duties
- Provide expert hair styling services including cuts, color, styling, and specialty treatments with precision and creativity.
- Perform barbering services
- Lead store management tasks including scheduling appointments, maintaining cleanliness, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health standards.
- Mentor and train junior stylists on techniques, customer service excellence, and upselling strategies to boost sales.
- Engage with clients at the front desk by greeting guests, booking appointments, handling inquiries, and promoting retail products.
- Upsell salon services and retail products confidently to maximize revenue while ensuring clients receive tailored recommendations.
- Foster a positive environment through excellent communication skills and attentive customer service that builds loyalty.
