Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Part-Time Lettings Negotiator to join our established Property Group.
Responsibilities
- To create and place adverts on Quicklister.
- To process enquiries
- To select the right candidates for viewings
- To arrange viewings and attend them
- To assist our Admin Team to process potential Tenants and deal with queries and obtaining information from Tenants selected
Skills
- Proven experience drafting adverts including creating the right wording, being able to edit and select the right photos and if available videos.
- A knowledge of rental markets in either Liverpool or Bradford so that you can advise us on the right rents to advertise
- Proven experience dealing with potential applicants and selling our properties to the right candidates
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly convey information and negotiate effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate viewings, follow-ups, and documentation seamlessly.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating as part of a team in a lively environment.
- Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office or property management systems.
This is a part time role but without fixed hours. Your role will be to respond to work as it arises at the relevant time during the day but with an agreed maximum number of hours to be worked in total. You will be paid a salary and commission to maximise your earning potential and to motivate you to be as productive as possible in your own interests
We are not a letting agent but a property group and so your role is focused on successful selection of the best candidates at the best rent You do not have to concern yourself with getting in new Clients

Pay: £60.00-£100.00 per day

- Please confirm you are able to take and edit photos and videos of property to a professional level and have done so in previous jobs.
- Do you have experience creating floor plans? What software have you used? That skill is not essential but would be preferred
- Please confirm you know how to draft successful property adverts and select the right rent to advertise. If you could send examples of adverts you personally have drafted that would be very helpful.
