Our client, a reputable franchise-approved repair centre in Talbot Green, is seeking a fully qualified and experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy Service Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Vehicle Technician looking to develop their career within a well-established, family-run car dealer group.

- Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00am-5:00pm
Duties as a Vehicle Technician will include:
- Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs in line with manufacturer standards and dealership procedures
- Accurately identify vehicle faults and report on vehicle safety, reliability, and performance
- Ensure all work complies with manufacturer and dealership quality standards
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and quality in a busy environment
- Contribute to team targets and uphold workshop efficiency
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify electronic and mechanical issues
- Assist in maintaining a safe and clean working environment
Requirements:
- IMI/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Minimum one to two years’ post-qualification experience
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Motivation to meet and exceed targets
- Experience with vehicle diagnosis, electronics, or light commercial vehicles is advantageous but not essential
- An active MOT Smart Card is desirable
