Key responsibilities include:
· Confidently communicating with customers by phone and email, including arranging surveys and providing updates on progress.
· Liaising with engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
· Maintaining accurate digital and paper records.
· Preparing and typing customer quotations.
· Producing job documentation.
· Data entry and database management.
· General administrative support.
· Managing workload effectively and prioritising tasks independently.
Person Specification:
· Confident communicator
· Microsoft Office
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Independent working and teamwork
Pay: From £25,500.00 per year
