- Perform repairs including screen replacements, battery swaps, motherboard repairs, and component upgrades with precision using hand tools
- Conduct routine maintenance to prevent future malfunctions and extend device lifespan
- Utilize computer hardware knowledge to troubleshoot connectivity problems related to computer networking and equipment repair
- Follow detailed repair procedures, document repair processes, and update service records accurately
- Interpret schematics and technical diagrams to identify faulty components and execute repairs efficiently
- Test repaired devices thoroughly to ensure all functions operate correctly before returning them to customers
Experience
- Proven experience in computer repair, equipment repair, or electronics servicing with a focus on mobile devices or laptops
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools for delicate repairs
- Familiarity with computer hardware components, schematics, and troubleshooting techniques
- Knowledge of computer networking principles relevant to device connectivity issues
- Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics accurately for precise repairs
- Prior experience in maintenance tasks related to electronic equipment is highly desirable
