We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team, covering a broad range of grounds and exterior maintenance duties across various sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- General grounds maintenance (mowing, strimming, hedge trimming, litter picking, and site tidiness)
- Window cleaning (traditional and water-fed pole systems)
- Solar panel cleaning and inspection for visible faults or debris
- Gutter clearing and maintenance
- Jet washing of hard surfaces, paths, patios, and building exteriors
- Working at height using ladders, MEWPs, or similar access equipment, in line with health and safety regulations
- Reporting any maintenance issues or hazards found on site
- Maintaining tools and equipment in good working order
Requirements:
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance, cleaning, or a similar multi-trade role
- Comfortable and confident working at height (training/certification a plus, e.g. IPAF or PASMA)
- Full UK driving licence (own transport may be required)
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks in all weather conditions
- Good attention to detail and pride in a job well done
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied daily schedule
