Job Description
As a Recruitment Partner at PortmanDentex, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clinical teams, from talented dentists to other key professionals who deliver exceptional patient care. You’ll guide each recruitment campaign from the very first conversation through to a successful hire, working closely with hiring managers to understand what they need, shaping selection criteria together, and using insight to set everyone up for success. You’ll bring real heart and energy to sourcing, blending job boards, proactive search, talent networks, referrals and strong market awareness to connect with brilliant clinical talent.
Alongside this, you’ll champion a genuinely supportive service for colleagues, build strong relationships across the business, drive continuous improvement, and play an active role in wider TA and People initiatives that help PortmanDentex grow with people who truly fit and thrive.
Qualifications
We welcome your application to our Recruitment Partner vacancy if you have the following qualifications and skills:

Proven experience as a Recruitment Partner (or similar role) in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment

Confident across the full recruitment cycle: from sourcing and screening to interviewing and selection

Service-focused: both with candidates to give them the best possible experience with us, but also with hiring managers and internal stakeholders

Able to build genuine rapport with candidates and stakeholders at every level, communicating with clarity, warmth and confidence
-
Comfortable managing multiple recruitment projects; staying organised, focused and attentive to the details that matter

Confident using ATS platforms and recruitment tools to keep processes smooth, efficient and candidate‑friendly, as well as maximising sourcing opportunities

Approaching challenges with curiosity and creativity, pairing strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive, results‑driven mindset - a never-give-up attitude to even the most challenging vacancy!
