Salary: £26,142 per year + £65 per sleep-in

Hours: Full-Time, Permanent (Rolling 3-Week Rota)

We are seeking compassionate, resilient Residential Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Coalville. In this role, you’ll provide a safe, structured, and nurturing home environment for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
No two days are the same, but every day gives you the chance to positively impact a young person's life.
Key Responsibilities
- Build Connections: Form positive, trusting relationships with young people.
- Empower Independence: Guide daily routines, promote personal wellbeing, and teach essential life skills.
- Protect & Support: Maintain strict safeguarding standards and accurate shift logging.
- Collaborate: Partner with families, social workers, and care professionals to drive positive outcomes.
The Shift Pattern (Rolling 3-Week Rota)
- Week 1: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday
- Week 2: Tuesday, Friday, Sunday
- Week 3: Thursday
- Shift Times: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (+ sleep-in) OR 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM (no sleep-in).
Who We’re Looking For
- A heartfelt passion for helping vulnerable children and young people thrive.
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or the drive to complete it with our support).
- Full flexibility to work long days, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins.
- No prior experience required! Relevant experience is a bonus, but comprehensive training is provided.
