Senior Residential Sales Negotiator Required
We are looking for an experienced senior negotiator to work alongside the partner in a well-established independent estate agency office in Chalfont St Peter, SL9 9DU. The ideal person should be highly motivated, can work on their own initiative to generate new business, win instructions by generating valuations and achieve exceptional results. The position, which is full time, offers genuine opportunities for progression.
A generous basic salary is offered together with a commission structure (dependent on experience)
The office hours are 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. Mondays to Friday and 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. on Saturdays. You will be expected to work every alternative Saturday.
What we are looking for:
- Must have previous experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator or experienced Sales Negotiator within residential estate agency
- Have a proven track record of winning business
- Have excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Must be focused on strong customer service
- Be self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude
- Have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Have a professional appearance with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
