Role Overview
We are seeking an AV Revit Designer to join our growing design team. This role will focus on producing high-quality Revit models and technical drawings across a range of AV and workplace technology projects.
Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Designers and wider project teams, you will help develop project requirements into clear, accurate and practical design information. You will play an important role in creating detailed Revit models and drawings that support the successful delivery of our projects from design through to installation.
The successful candidate will have strong Revit skills, excellent attention to detail and a genuine interest in technical design and the application of AV technology within modern workplaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce detailed 3D Revit models and technical drawings for AV and workplace technology projects.
- Develop accurate layouts, elevations, details and other design information in line with project requirements.
- Translate project requirements into practical and coordinated Revit designs.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants and Installation Teams to ensure designs are accurate and deliverable.
- Review drawings and models to identify errors, inconsistencies and coordination issues.
- Support design coordination and clash detection using Revit, Navisworks and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and maintain Revit families, templates and digital content to support project delivery.
- Ensure models and drawings are kept accurate, consistent and up to date throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work across multiple projects, managing priorities and delivering design information within agreed timescales.
- Contribute to the continued improvement of Revit processes, standards and design workflows within the team.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Proven professional experience using Autodesk Revit in a design environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Revit and experience producing detailed technical drawings and 3D models.
- Experience working within a technical design, construction, engineering or specialist fit-out environment.
- Ability to interpret project requirements and develop accurate, practical design solutions.
- Good understanding of design coordination and working with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Experience using Navisworks or similar software for design coordination.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality design work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable:
- Experience specifically within AV, workplace technology or specialist fit-out.
- Experience creating and managing Revit families.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with BIM processes and standards.
- Experience working with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360 or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of AV systems, equipment and technical infrastructure.
- Relevant Revit, BIM, construction or design-related qualifications.
- An interest in developing skills in BIM, automation and emerging design technologies.

Pay: £60,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
